Shipping

We only ship to Australia

We provide free and secure shipping on all orders within Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through our track order page or by using the Track & Trace code provided in the email.

Processing Time: Orders are handled within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after being placed.

Transit Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery within Australia.

Total Delivery Time: Please allow 5-8 business days from the time your order is placed to receive your purchase.

Order Processing Deadline: Orders placed before 11 PM AEST (Melbourne time) will be processed and prepared for shipment the following business day.

Returns

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you ordered the wrong size as an example, please email support@leorefashion.com as soon as possible.

At Leoré Fashion, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@leorefashion.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team before proceeding.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive:
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the item using the return label provided.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
